Business Events - Send to Owner

I have created a business event to send an e-mail to the owner of a case on a certain date that is set by an attribute. Everything is working fine, but on the subscriber section I can only chose to e-mail the person that created the case or last modified it. In our organization that isn't always the owner. Is it possible to e-mail the owner of the case?

Hello @brianr35, sure! Make sure you expose the owner in the GI your business event is based on. After that, owner's email will be available for selection.
