Can a case be reopened if it is rejected?

Hello! Can a case be re-opened if its status is rejected? All of the actions are greyed out here because the case status is “reject.”

Copying Dashboards in 2024R1

I am having some challenges copying Dashboards in 2024R1.In 2023R1, when a dashboard is copied and pasted to create a new dashboard the system automatically assigns a new screen ID that is separate from the original DB. This is exactly what I expect to happen. In 2024 R1, when a dashboard is copied, pasted, and then saved then “View” is clicked, the site redirects to the Welcome Screen. In another scenario, if I attempt to copy, paste, and publish the copied dashboard with a new screen ID it creates the new screen ID but deletes the original DB.Does anyone have the exact steps on how to copy a dashboard in 2024R1?

DocuSign Error 24R1 - ‘An item with the same key has already been added’

Our client started testing the DocuSign integration in a testing sandbox with 23.117.021 and a DocuSign developer account this summer and everything worked. Now, they are currently testing their 24.110.0017 upgrade and the DocuSign 24R1 package using their DocuSign Business Pro account. Everything is the same for them from creating the file in the Sales Order screen, moving through to File Maintenance and then ESIGN. However, now when they press send, an error appears “ An item with the same key has already been added.” After reviewing the code, it appears to be using the DocuSign API to send, and we can’t see anywhere else on the Acumatica side that could be generating the error. Does anyone know how to resolve this error?

Running Contract Billing on Demanda

Hi,One of our customer has below requirement to create the invoices for the contracts.If they are getting in to an agreement on 10th of august, first contract period should be 10th august to 10th September. where as second period should be from 11th September to 30th September and third period is from 1st October to 31st October. from 3rd month onwards invoices are need to generate for 1-31 period of each month. Here, in the contract management form, I have set the billing type ha as on demand. But I could generate only invoice for the first month. is there any way this can be catered.

Authorize.net is having API service disruption affecting credit cards processing

Issue description Authorize.net is currently reporting connectivity issues they are investigating. Please be aware that it can affect processing credit cards payments in Acumatica ERP.On a user attempt to process credit card or testing credentials, the system shows the following error: ‘AR Error: Credit card processing error. ProcessingCenter: The request cannot be processed. Probably there are some network issues.’For more details about this issue and status update please refer to the Authorize.net status page.

Devicehub Printing Best Practices

I am trying looking for best practices in managing print jobs through devicehub. I’ll give a specific example that hopefully explains why and what I’m looking for.I ran into a situation where I have several print jobs listed as “Pending”. I expected that list to help me catch print tickets that didn’t print. However, I discovered that those Pending jobs were for Pick Tickets that were indeed printed (manually I assume). If I make that assumption and print the “pending” jobs, I will end up possibly shipping orders twice.I set up a schedule for Pick Tickets to print every 10 minutes. Some users manually print their pick tickets. I understand that if a user prints a job seconds after the schedule runs, we will end up with 2 printed pick tickets.If a user prints a ticket before the schedule runs, no print job is created. If a print job fails or is pending, then the user prints it manually, the pending jobs obviously do not changed to “Processed”.Just FYI -- We also had to limit manual

Row Level Security - Restrict item classes by Customer Class

We want to be able to restrict selling certain item classes based on the customer class. I have been trying to do this via row restrictions, but am not finding a way to set this up. Anyone ever try this sort of restriction? Thank you.

Using a Business Event / Import Scenario to trigger UPLOAD USING MOBILE APP

I’m tagging @gmercede on this since I have a feeling that he might know if it’s possible.I’d like to be able to have a Business Event get triggered by some data in Acumatica. The Business Event would then trigger an Import Scenario and I’d like the Import Scenario to essentially “press” the UPLOAD USING MOBILE APP button shown in the screenshot below which would send a notification to a mobile device through the Acumatica Mobile App to scan a document and attach it to the Purchase Order.This would make the workflow a lot nicer because Acumatica would “come and ask” for a scanned document rather than the other way around.

Update UDF using PUT API

Hi, All I am trying to update the UDF in the customer form. But when ever I am trying to use PUT API. It showing me the the Customer.AttributeAGDCRAN is not available in data set. I have also extend the API and populate this field in customer>>Attributes As you can see in below screenshot. I create AGDCRAN from attributes. Can anyone help or guide me how can I update this UDF using PUT API. http://accumaticaInstance/AcumaticaSB/entity/AGRAN/22.200.001/Customer?$select=CustomerID&$custom=Customer.Attribute.AGDCRAN” but this query is not updating the UDF. Acumatica URL Links Not Working in Google Chat

Hi Everyone,We use Google chat for internal company communication. Links we copy and paste into google chat do not populate correctly. The hyperlink display text is exactly what the URL should be but once it is clicked on, it populates this (W(20653)) string after the .com as “/%28W%2820653%29%29/”ex:hyperlink:https://company.acumatica.com/(W(20653))/Main?CompanyID=Roofed+Right+New&ScreenId=00000000What populates on the new tab: https://company.acumatica.com/%28W%2820653%29%29/(W(20655))/Main?CompanyID=….ScreenId=00000000The hyperlink ends up here: It looks to be having trouble with the (W(20653)) and then placing a new number (W(20655)) after for some reason. Setting dynamic due/start dates for Tasks

I am trying to set a business even that creates a task when the Negotiation date is changed on a Contractible Ingredient but I want the tasks due date to be something configured like @today+30 with the start date being @today. these options are not available when selecting the from schema option nor does it seem to work when entered as such manually. is there something I am missing here or will this require customization?

Invoices Marked as 'Emailed' Even when Emails Fail to Send

When emailing invoices through the ‘Print Invoices and Memos’ screen, the invoices get marked as ‘Emailed’ even if the process encounters errors and the emails do not send.The emailed status should only be updated to ‘Emailed’ once the email is successfully sent and not when the process errors out.

How to process Inventory borrowing and lending in Acumatica.

HiI have a requirement as follows.One of our customer is borrowing and lending inventory items with a third party company.in this operation no cash involvement will be happened and only the inventory will be exchanged between both parties. Here to record the lending, they keep a virtual warehouse and transfer the inventory which is being lent to that third party company. and once they return those items, our customer is transfering those items from that virtual warehouse to their actual warehouse. But when they borrow inventory from the third party company, they do not record it in the system and utilize them for projects without doing any GRN or issuing. They are keeping a provision only with estimated values. But when our customer is returning items back to the third party company, items will be issuing through inventory issue and if there is any variance between the provision and the real inventory cost that amount will be charged to the P and L. EPApproval table refnotid that shows AP Bill, will not show up same result on Email Template

Team, I am using a GI to send reminders of Pending Approval for AP Bills, I am using the PX.Objects.EP.EPApproval, which is also the base for my email Template, and the only field that has the AP Bill Reference number is refNoteID, but when put as full code: On the GI, it shows as follows: According to me, this was working when I tested, but seems that something change, or I may be off a little bit, and it never worked. I could not relate the APINVOICE or any other talbe to the EPAPPROVAL table to get the related billl reference number to make this work. I really appreciate any insight. I put the GI attached.

Setting user's email address for outgoing emails

We created a system email account for the user.We assigned it to the user on the Email Accounts Screen as shown. The reply address was populated as well on this screen.When I log in as this user, and email a sales order, PO, etc. the email says it is from the default email account in email preferences. We want it to say it was emailed from this user’s email address.

Attaching a note to a new shipment at the time of creation

We are finding that when users create a shipment from an order and try to save a record-level note, they intuitively think that saving will both create the shipment and attach the note. The best option we can have found to successfully attach a record-level note is to have them create the record (save), enter the note, then save again.Any suggestions that would make this process more intuitive would be very welcome.

Repay Version 24.0814.0 "Error: GetItemExtension failed" and "AR Error: Credit card processing error. Internal : Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Acumatica 2024 R1

One of my clients recently upgraded to Acumatica Cloud ERP 2024 R1, Build 24.106.0018+. They also installed Repay version 24.0814.0, the latest release as of August 16, 2024 (sourced at https://releases.repay.com/label/31329). Since installing this version, they have encountered partial functionality issues.I can add a payment method to a customer account and create a payment. However, when attempting to capture the payment, no transaction is created in Repay, and I receive the following error message: "Error during request processing. Transaction ID: 5964, Error: GetItemExtension failed." Additionally, I've created a sale in the Repay Virtual Terminal and tried to record that payment in Acumatica. When I go to Payments, add the payment method, and attempt to record the credit card payment, I get the following error: "AR Error: Credit card processing error. Internal: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." Finally, when I try to create a payment method from the customer
