Fleet Mileage

​@carollage - I don’t know of any way within Acumatica that tracks mileage similar to an app like MileIQ, for example.  I.e., I don’t believe there’s a way for Acumatica to know you’re driving or not.  There are actually a number of community posts related to this but none of them have responses, unfortunately.  Out of the box, you can set up Non-Stock items for Business [and Personal] Mileage to track them as expenses, but this couldn’t be automatically tracked, to the best of my knowledge.
