I want to create a widget based on the screen AR409000, where all sales are summed together, regardless of customer class. If I delete the customer class in the inquiry parameters, so that the field is empty, the system does not implement this, I still only see the sales in the standard customer class in the widget. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem?

Is the parameter required within the generic inquiry that it is pulling?
the screen ID suggests a custom inquiry which could potentially be causing the issue however I would have to have a proper look at the screen
