Unmapped fields of shopify being overwritten as blank from Acumatica

Hey ​@mohammadnawaz51 , thanks for your prompt response. lets say I have a field - Field1 in Shopify which isnt mapped in Acumatica.

So now whenver the export sync runs, Acumatica will pass a blank value, hence whatever values are present under this Field1 in Shopify it will get overwritten with blank. So as per your suggestion to remove this, we would need to map that field in Acumatica to resolve this? And what if we could apply customization, as there might be multiple similar fields.

So here MOQ isnt mapped, so when the export sync ran it got vanished.

​@Harry If you have not mapped any data field with Meta fields then the data will not pass or override the data.

System fields in Shopify might be overwritten even if they are not mapped. I suggest mapping them with the «unmap» function. Metafields won’t be touched if they are not mapped. 

hey ​@Jeff96 , I tried to find the relevant field but it doesnt appear in the mapping part. Like i have been searching for the MOQ field but it is not there in the list under Entities screens → export mapping.

MOQ is a metafield, so it shouldn’t be overwritten if it’s not mapped. 

Can you share a screenshot of your stock items export mapping screen?

This is fixed in 25R1 and 25R2 and 26R1. Please upgrade to the latest version. 

If for some reason you cannot upgrade immediately, then please let me know.
