Unable to enter Customer screen, Carrier account billing postal code after 24R2 upgrade.

After the 24R2 upgrade, the billing postal code value cannot be entered in the Carrier Account section of the Customer screen for the "Billing Type: Receiver." However, this was possible in version 24R1.

I am unable to find any changes in the Release notes, is it a bug?

Looks like they did change it. They locked it based on customer billing type.

They also changed the column names to include Billing
