We recently upgraded from 23R1 to 25R1. A sidepanel added in 24R1 is something we’ve been looking forward to--the new “Related Return Documents” in Sales Orders.
Unfortunately only our Admin role seems to have access to the sidepanel. When I look at roles like our SO Clerk and drill down to Sales Orders, Sales Orders, Sales Order (where the sidepanel security lives), it shows that security is inherited. If I open a user in that role in the “Access Rights by User” screen and drill down, the specific security listed for that sidepanel is “Edit”.
My guess is that either the change from implied Granted security (which was the way 23R1 worked) to Implied Revoked security is causing this, or there may be an actual “Related Return Documents” screen (like with the Stock Items sidepanels) that I need to grant access to. I’m hoping to grant everyone in the company access to this sidepanel--all of our users have at least View access to the Sales Orders screen.
