Hi,

Is there a way to view which user confirmed a shipment? The audit history trail seems to exclude that specific action - at least in our environment.

Hi @MichaelTobi

Can you check the audit history setting and ensure following tables are selected. I have tested locally and it did capture the details for ‘Confirm’ shipment action.

Regards,

@vkumar thank you very much! Looks like it did the trick. Now that this information is being tracked, there should be a way that we can tally how many shipments are being confirmed for each user on a daily basis, correct?

Hi @MichaelTobi

You can get the information on Audit history screen reflected below. However, to get it on summary format you need to build a custom report.

Hope this helps,

Hi @MichaelTobi you also have access to that information through a generic inquiry. You can query the SOSHIPMENTS table to give you the desired report. Looks much better than the audit history report and you could also add it as a widget on your dashboard if needed. Hope that helps.

Regards,

Eric
