Is there a global or customer setting to allow overshipping on a shipment?

Salesorder is for 10 pcs but shipping 12pcs.

Hi @john25  Out of the box Acumatica does not allow for over shipments. You would need to adjust the Sales Order before the shipment is created.

Hi @john25 

There is no global setting or customer level setting for over shipping. However, you can set the ‘Over ship threshold %’ on Sales order detail line for required line. It allows you to over ship, quantity up to the over ship threshold % limit specified.

Hi @john25,

a global setting is not available, but you can manage this in the Sales Order Line. You also can default the values for overshipping and undershipping in the stock items (and item classes).
