There are some items which has been loaded to the create transfer order screen for the transfer order creation. however, those items are old stocks and currently we do not have stocks for those. How can we remove the item lines and does it affect any allocation in the system?

Hi @MichelleW  Generally, removing the item lines from the transfer order creation screen will not negatively affect the system allocations unless those items are already allocated, reserved, or linked to existing demand/supply documents.

I would recommend verifying the following before removing the lines:

  • Check whether the items have any existing allocations or reservations.
  • Verify if there are open sales orders, production demand, or replenishment settings tied to those items.
  • Confirm there is currently no available stock for those items in the warehouse.

If the items are simply old stock records appearing in the suggestion process and there is no active allocation or demand, the lines can usually be removed safely.

@Naveen Boga , Is there any way we can remove the lines from the screen without processing?

You can create an import scenario and delete the lines in bulk.

Below article will help you to create the import scenario.
