Are you trying to close the financial period? Can you give more details and screen shots of what you are doing?

This does not look like a deactivated warehouse, it looks like a control account issue. Are you trying to post to the General Ledger?

+17On the warehouse, give the Inventory Account one that has a control account, then you should be able to make it inactive

Have you checked for shipments, po’s and so’s that are attached to that warehouse?
