I am getting an error while inactive the warehouse ! Unreleased trasaction ?

 

How to check the unreleased trasaction and make warehouse inactive.

@nasirh85 have you tried “release IN documents” to see if anything is left unposted:

@nasirh85 can you try to deactivate again (even though you will get the error) and share the trace log?

Are you trying to close the financial period? Can you give more details and screen shots of what you are doing?

Hi @nasirh85 

This does not look like a deactivated warehouse, it looks like a control account issue. Are you trying to post to the General Ledger?

On the warehouse, give the Inventory Account one that has a control account, then you should be able to make it inactive

Have you checked for shipments, po’s and so’s that are attached to that warehouse?
