When we try to export the line details from the Sales Order Entry screen we get an error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Is there a way to correct this?

Do you have any customizations published in the environment? It appears that there is a customization in the Sales Order line details that is causing the export to fail.
Please also mention which Acumatica version you are experiencing this issue in, and share the trace log for further analysis.
