Is there an import scenario out there to allocate lot/serialized items at SO line level

I have a WIP import scenario that works if and only if the serial number that is being allocated is Available for Shipping, with is correct, but if one of the serials I am trying to allocate is not available the whole import scenario fails and no serials get allocated at all even the available ones.I get this error “ The record was not processed because of an error during processing of the previous record” Thank you for anything that might help me get to the bottom of this.

Password is showing values until they were inputted

Hi,I have custom screen form that was created for inputting credentialsThe problem is that field “Password” depicts hidden symbols before something was written. On that screen I just switched to this tab, all fields are empty, but Password is showing that something was inputted. I attached my solution to Acumatica and verified that Password field is empty, so there is some problem with view.I attach customization project settings and codeAcumatica 2021R2Maybe you can suggest how to null its value, while tab is loading for deleting all from view or maybe another approach to make it look correctThanks in advance

Is there a method to merge two tenants into one?

Is there an Acumatica method to merge two tenants into one which are currently in the same database?Client has multiple companies and multiple branches in two separate tenants, is it possible to merge the two tenants into one, if they share the same Chart of Accounts and same periods? If not, Is there a script that can be run to bring the master records together with just the settings without transactions?

How to modify the value of custom fields when the Sales Order status is closed or shipping?

Hi Experts,I have some custom fields in Sales Order screen as below. I know we can’t update this Sales Order when the sales order status is shipping or closed. But I want to set a new value to these fields. I know I can update the confirmed shipment by the action “Correct Shipment”. Does Sales Order screen have any way to modify the fields when the status is shipping or closed?

Fixed Assets - Remove transaction from Convert Purchases to Assets

If an AP invoice is accidentally booked to the Fixed Asset clearing account, and then either reclassed to an expense instead of the FA clearing account or reversed with an adjustment, the original AP invoice still shows in convert purchases to assets.Is the best way to remove the transaction to mark it as reconciled and process? It seems to remove the transaction from the list, but I’m not sure if there are any other issues that may cause I’m not seeing yet. Or is there another way to remove that transaction from the list so users don’t accidentally convert it to a FA?

Reversing Pay Application and AIA Report is Now Off

Hi there! I reversed a pay application because it got rejected. I applied a credit memo to the original invoice. NOW - the pay application is showing like I still billed it and that it was never reversed. This is throwing my payment application totally out of whack. Does anyone know what I can do to rectify?

Portal My Cart - add attachments

I have a request to add file attachments to the My Cart details grid and have those carry over to sales order lines. Is there a trick to this? If I try to add NoteID it changes to UsrNoteID and I also don’t think this field works on a DAC extension with PXNote attribute.

How to Process Requisition Requests with Non-existing items

We are new to acumatica and trying to use the Purchase Request / Requisition process. In our legacy system the users will make purchase request for known and unknown items. In acumatica we are able to make the requests for unknown items however, when our purchasing personal try to create the requisition from the request we get errors as the ItemID does not exist. Is there a workflow where you can take the request item information and create a new item from it? Or does anyone have any ideas on how you could allow requestors to make a request for non-existing items or vendors?

Correct Customer Class Via Import Scenario

Version: 2021R1Hello, as many of us experience, the commerce connector will only allow 1 customer class on import. This functionality is limiting. So I wanted to use other fields in the customer record to update the customer class (dynamically). So the intention would be: commerce connector imports customer from Shopify with Customer Class “K2TEST”. I build a GI that looks for all records with customer class “K2TEST” I create a data provider based on the Generic Inquiry noted above. I create an import scenario that uses the data provider noted above and has logic to look at an ATTRIBUTE on the customer record and map a new customer class “K2NEWCLASS” accordingly. I then schedule the import scenario to run from a Business Event or Schedule...making it AUTOMATED.This scenario works with EXCEL as the data provider, but obviously that takes manual intervention to process. But switching to the GI gives me the following error: 1 items have not been processed successfully. View name: BAcc

Configuring Branches without balancing entries vs. no branches at all

We are a company with multiple branch locations, some in different states. Most of the branches all perform the same selling functions, and we do not separately report financials for each branch (although we do some rollup reporting on each branches financial performance).There is a question on whether we should be using branches at all. For example, we could structure the software so that there is a single company with multiple warehouses (i.e. Seatle, Portland, etc), but no distinction between branches in the software.This would allow us to do single-step transfers between warehouses, for example. However, there is a question in my mind of whether this will hamper us in the future in terms of shipping material between branches (will the software be able to understand that the branch warehouses are geographically distinct if they are not attached to separate branches)?Does anyone have experience with doing this one way versus ther other? Action dialog is not returning a value

Acumatica version: 22R1 Build 22.107.0022 I am using a no-code approach to adding an action menu items.On the Contacts screen, I have created two new action menu items:Create Customer Create Vendor Here are the settings I am using for "Create Customer" (The settings for "Create Vendor" are similar). I have the same challenge for both action menu items.I need to return the "Business Account" ID/Name to the "Business Account" field on the "Contacts" screen (when the dialog closes).I have tried using a few different field combinations on the “FIELD UPDATE”but have not had any success. Maybe I am misunderstanding how some of these settings are interpreted by Acumatica.Can you tell me what I am missing or point me in the right direction?Thank you in advance. :)Ken Severud

How to set up medical plan deduction(s) for ACA when there are 2 minimum employee contribution rates?

Our new client reports to ACA. 2 medical plans are currently offered to the employees. 1 for the employee plan at $50 MINIMUM EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION per month and 1 for the employee family plan at $150 MINIMUM EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION per month. Do I need to set this up as 2 separate deductions that are flagged as ACA related, setting the ACA tab with the Minimum Employee Contribution of $50 for 1 code and $150 for the second code? Then just assign the appropriate deduction code at the employee level, set the actual deduction amount for the payroll processing, and the ACA reporting screen will display the minimums $50 or $150 appropriately? Serialised item expiry date to appear on the equipment record

Our client sells a serialised item that has an expiry date. The item becomes an service equipment. We need to see the expiry date on the equipment record. It seems that all that is available is a warranty expiry but this wont work as the expiry date is set by the manufacture whereas a warranty runs from the date of the customer purchase.Thanks James

Remove/Hide all Records from Cost Code Selection

Hi,If a user has selected a incorrect account (which is not available in the relevant account group) in a data entry form for a specific project(Bill ,GL Transaction, Invoice), in the cost codes selection window there will no cost codes available in the project codes filter. In this case, users move to the all records and select the cost code which create an additional cost budget line with a default cost code. When creating this kind of transaction system shows a warning but allowed to process further.How can we stop processing this kind of transactions. Thank you,Dulanjana
