2 accumatica portal login with same email ID

I have 2 accounts in Acumatica Portal, one is with previous company. Both email ids are same, so I could not take the learn and certification pages. This error is showing “Sorry, that email address is already used!”. How to remove account with previous company profile. Thanks in Advance

Row Level Security Per Module

I use row level security for my inventory items to restrict sales people to work with items others than their workgroup.I would like to give them access to all inventory items in the purchasing module and only be restricted to the items out of their workgroup on the sales module.would anyone have a solution how this can be accomplished?

Total Sales of SKU's

We have several kits and each kit has several finished products and is sold as a combo.I want to add these individual SKU’s in the kit to the total number of sales of that particular SKU. For Example, A kit with SKU Number 20000 contains 3 finished products 001, 002, 003. If 50k of this kit was sold and 50k of 001 SKU was sold as individual SKU, the total sales of 001 would be 100k. The current system generates reports and GI’s that separate the sales of 20000 and 001 as 50k each.It there a way to add these for multiple kits?

Multi EIN Company - Divisionalized under one Instance ? - or Multi Instance Multi Company ?

We JUST started implementing Acumatica and have 3 similar companies operating under separate EIN requiring separate P&L, Tax returns, etc.Interested to know if ANY options exist other than separate Tennants/Companies and if there is a viable solution to have a single Tennant/Company with separate divisions.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Get all accounts under a particular account group

I am trying to write a PXSelect to fetch the accounts under the account group screen Id PM201000.I found the table for the Account Group (PMAccountGroup) but not able to find a way to get only the accounts tab records as it is a VirtualDAC anyone can see a way here ?Also the VirtualDac does not a GroupId to fetch the related records.

Purchase Invoice Approval - Approved By user who createdPO

I have a scenario where when a purchase invoice is received and matched against the purchase order I want the purchase invoice to be approved by the owner of the purchase order.I have tried different options using the employee from list option on the approvers tab but cannot get this approval working.The only way I can get this working is if I specify a rule per user listing the user on the condition tab and again as an employee on the approver tab. With more than 100 users entering purchase orders this well not be easy to maintain.Anyone came across using the employee from list for this purpose and could advise

Lines not showing contuniously when content increases in report.

Hi I’m trying to create a table and trying to add lines betweens the line items by styling individual textboxes with borders, the issue here is the lines are not printing continuously when the description is getting longer than 2 lines. (ex: line 5 & 6)I tried to resolve it by styling pannel but same issue repeats.Is there any better way to add lines without wasting space.

Migrating Domain hosting to facilitate better services in Acumatica.

Hello guys, I’m planning to migrate from GoDaddy hosting(domain,email,website) to Microsoft, Since most of the applications like outlook etc. that we use are provided by Microsoft.Is anyone here using Microsoft hosting services to kindly assist me on how to go along with the migration?Kindly assist here on how to go along with this, Hosting on GoDaddy expires in some few days and I need to migrate to Microsoft before then and not wait for next year. PTO- implementing without Acumatica Payroll module

Hi everyone, We have a requirement to implement PTO functionality in Acumatica. The Payroll module is not enabled in the system, and there is no plan to use it. Therefore, as I am aware, we cannot use the in-built PTO functionality of Acumatica. We are looking for a way (in-built or ISV integration) that could handle this requirement. The detail of the requirement is as follows:Employees accrue 1 day (8 hours) of PTO for every month of work performed (40 hours). This needs to be accrued throughout the year. Total of 96 hours can be accrued within a year. Partial carryover of PTO (40 hours) at the end of year is allowed. Employees should be able to request PTO leave for a particular date/dates. Ideally, there would be a calendar where they can view the requested and approved leaves. Approved leaves should be routed to the employee's manager for approval/rejection. Employee should be able to view their leave balance. Managers should be able to view Employees' leave balance summary.Apprec

How to close AP Prepayment (cash advance to employee)

Hi! May I ask how can we close AP transactions where in:The Company is issuing check payable to cash (through checks and payments module) to employee in order to buy goods/services After the employee’s purchase, he will liquidate the cash with the corresponding receipts, sometimes there is an excess amount or short amount. AP transaction should be recorded under the actual vendor where purchase was made,(not under the employee).How can we properly record and close these kinds of transactions.Thank you in advance!

How can I print to a "doc tab" stye Fedex label?

We want to use the shipping label that has an extra removable tab at the top. Fedex wants to see"label_size": "4X6.75_TRAILING_DOC_TAB"We are using the Easypost API and it doesn’t support this size, the closest is regular 4x6. Easypost supports it but the API doesn’t. Has anyone managed to use this label size with any of the carrier integrations?

Using "Pause" option on Appointments

I would like to share a useful tip on Field Service appointment.When an appointment spans multiple days you can pause the appointment at the end of the day and resume it next day. However if you don't pause it system assumes work is ongoing and adds time to appointment when in actuality there was no work done at the end of the working hours. An example would be if it is a Friday and you would want to resume work again on Monday then you need to pause the appointment at the end of day on Friday and “Resume” work on Monday. Otherwise system will add weekend hours to actual appointment time.Regards,Umesh

Customer Specific Rates for Projects

hi,any recommendations of a workaround (without customization) that would allow projects to use customer specific rates for specific items? i know i can create rate tables for items (which i have set up to use the price from the item) but am trying to figure out a streamlined way for negotiated rates by customer and item.i have tried to have the billing rule talk to the revenue budget unit price however, currently, that is not a field i can select (I can only reference the unit rate on the cost budget):

Re-Do Bank Reconciliation

Client created and posted a bank reconciliation for 01-31-2023.They then voided that bank reconciliation and now want to re-do it.But the attempt errors out with a message that the Reconciliation Date must be greater than the previously released Reconciliation. I don’t know how to go about re-creating the 01/31/2023 reconciliation unless anyone on this board has a suggestion for me.
