Hello everyone!

Following this material: Accessing Data in Generic Inquiries using Contract Based API’s (acumatica.com)

I performed an exercise as detailed in the document and it works:

However, when I create my own GI postman it does not return any results and I get this:

The GI si basically two tables (POOrder and POLine) where you can see the detail that each PO contains.

Do you have any idea what I am missing?

Thank you very much for your support!

Best regards.

@adriangavino45 you do need to map the GI in the endpoint.

See here: https://help.acumatica.com/(W(8))/Help?ScreenId=ShowWiki&pageid=c450492e-06fe-4563-95c3-efa76975415b

Hi @Dmitrii Naumov,

It was already added to the endpoint, this is the image:

Thanks,

It should work then.

Not sure why there is a second child node under that GI in the mapping though.

I made another node to test, but in both I have the same result.

I agree with you, I should be able to see the results by now, but I am not.

Regards.

Hi @Dmitrii Naumov,

Maybe It could be this:

I am working with Admin user, so I don't have any restrictions:

Searching in the community I found this:

Issue: Admin Access Rights to Customers Object in GI | Community (acumatica.com)

Maybe it is not only cosmetic.

What do you think about this?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

@adriangavino45 if you see it in UI and don’t see it in API using the same customer, then it’s something else.
