Why is the customer's status inactive, yet they can still be selected in the request screen (RQ301000)?

Hi there,

I have a question: why is the customer inactive but still able to be looked up and selected in the request screen, while in the sales order screen, it does not appear in the lookup table?

This is the way acumatica designed it the Selector is designed to allow any customer record to be selected. On the Sales Order there is a PXRestrictor set to only show Active, One Time and Credit Hold. On the Request screen there is no restriction. It should be a a fairly straight forward lowcode customisation to modify the one on the Request screen if you want to not allow Inactive Customers.
