From the URL you are trying to access: Expense Claim (EP301000) form.
Since you are redirected to the main screen you will need to enable Expense Management.
To enable the functionality of expense claims, you need to enable the Expense Management feature on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

Can you go to an old transaction and see what the URL is?
You can also try to add in the number to the link at the end.
