From the URL you are trying to access: Expense Claim (EP301000) form.
Since you are redirected to the main screen you will need to enable Expense Management.
To enable the functionality of expense claims, you need to enable the Expense Management feature on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

the email link include the ref #
Main?ScreenId=EP301000&ExpenseClaim.RefNbr=000012, While we go to the link it open the Transaction Screen not the Ref# Doc
