URL structure for linking to specific documents.

From the URL you are trying to access: Expense Claim (EP301000) form.

Since you are redirected to the main screen you will need to enable Expense Management.

To enable the functionality of expense claims, you need to enable the Expense Management feature on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form.

@AndrewBGL  Main Screen  i  mean  Its redirecting to EP301000 to add new Transaction , not to the REF# Doc   

Can you go to an old transaction and see what the URL is?

 ((GeneralInfo.notificationSiteUrl))/Main?CompanyID=Company&ScreenId=EP301000&RefNbr=000002

You can also try to add in the number to the link at the end. 

 ((GeneralInfo.notificationSiteUrl))/Main?ScreenId=EP301000&ExpenseClaim.RefNbr=((ExpenseClaim.RefNbr))=PutRef#Here

the email link include the ref # 

Main?ScreenId=EP301000&ExpenseClaim.RefNbr=000012, While  we go to the link it open the Transaction Screen  not the Ref# Doc
