When we try to open/print the Sales Orders or Shipment confirmations, the website throws the following two errors. They both seem to be related to the same issue, but I’m not sure where to fix this issue. Any advice on how to fix?

It seem to be there is a customization applied to the site. I would check unpublishing the package solves the issue.
