Error when accessing Users screen  ScreenId=SM201010 and ScreenId=EP2030PL

As ​@Saikrishna V suggested, Please check if there are any customizations published on the affected screens. If yes, try unpublishing them and see if the issue still occurs.

Additionally, you can try Resetting Caches and Restarting the Application from the Apply Updates screen.
Note : Please perform this step only when no users are logged in, as it may affect any unsaved work.

Could you check if any customization exists on these screens? Try unpublishing the package and see if the issue is due to a missing DAC field that’s referenced in the ASPX but not defined in the code.
