Escalation button in self service portal for case management

I would like to add the escalation button on to our company’s self-service portal. Is there a form in the ERP to activate the button so that it appears and functions in the portal or do I need to code the button and its functionality in a customization

These are the current buttons available.

This would require a customization.  Check with your partner to see if they have developers on staff.  If not, you could reach out to Acumatica to get a quote for the customization.
