Hello Team,

I need your help.

We receive an error during read the data from ERP with ContactReader classI/O error on GET request for “https://rest.zuora.com/v1/files/2c92a0ab766fb5f90176711562961250”:

The error has the following view:
connection reset; nested exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection reset

What we should do to eliminate this error?

Have you tried accessing this resource via any other application, like Postman?

Unfortunately, we have no records of such error type in our cases.
