Webhook for SendGrid not sending information to the rest of Acumatica

I’m trying to use Acumatica’s integration with SendGrid to get record of when a email is open. The email is being sent fine and logged in SendGrid, which then sends the read receipt back to the webhook which receives it. However, the information never leaves the WebHook, despite the Email and WebHook being linked.

hi ​@kkraus  Thanks for your question - apologies it took a long time to respond.   I have been able to confirm that as long as you have the “TrackEmailOpens” checkbox selected (see sample screenshot below), this is possibly a bug.  I cannot see this setting in your screenshots.  If it is selected for the account in question, I would request that you contact your partner and/or Acumatica support to submit a support request.
