Our customer uses the SendGrid plugin for marketing purposes. When a user creates a new Email Activity from a record using the SendGrid email account, there is an option to “Bypass Suppression Checks”. That option allows emails to be sent to email addresses that are on the SendGrid Suppression list which is useful for certain communications. However, that option is not available when creating a Mass Email. Is there any way to include that option for Mass Emails?
