CRCaseCommitments errors when saving Activity on Cases in 24 R2

I'm getting a primary key violation on the CRCaseCommitments table in 24R2 when adding Activity. Has anyone experience this?

I don’t know what is actually causing the error, but the ‘Case Commitments’ experimental feature defaulted to being enabled after the upgrade.

Since when do experimental features default to being enabled?!
