Via the mobile app we can attach all the photos we want onsite to the opportunity.
I am looking for suggestions (maybe I have something turned off) on how to upload photos/files via the app in the project screen the same way.
Any ideas?

You’ll want to check your version. With Acumatica 2021 R1, we allow files to be uploaded to a project from the mobile application. There were some earlier discrepancies between Android and iOS users, they are both OK with 2021 R1.
Within the Project Summary, on the Android version, you’ll see a paperclip in the upper right corner, while on the iOS version, you’ll see ‘Files’ in the bottom left.
