Hi, a lot of our prospects and customers use FieldWire for the Field operations and especially for Plan management. The application is pretty advanced and I don’t think that we have an ISV that could replace it and most of them want to keep the application. Am I wrong does Acumatica have an ISV that can compete with FieldWire ? If not, does any has any experience with integration FieldWire to Acumatica ?

There is no native Acumatica ISV that fully replaces FieldWire, especially for advanced plan management, drawings, and field collaboration. Acumatica Construction Edition focuses more on financials, project accounting, commitments, and billing rather than drawing-centric field operations.
Most customers who use FieldWire keep it and integrate it with Acumatica. Integration is typically done through the REST API (custom integration) or middleware tools.
If replacement is being considered, some customers evaluate Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Buildertrend, or eSUB, but none are direct FieldWire equivalents inside the Acumatica ecosystem.
In practice, Acumatica is used as the system of record for financials, and FieldWire remains the field operations tool with integration between the two.

Hi @malcom in addition, to integrate Fieldwire with Acumatica, I suggest to the below integration points:
Projects Screen - Sync Fieldwire project details with Acumatica project records.Maintain consistency in project codes, names, and timelines.
Tasks Screen - Map Fieldwire tasks to Acumatica project tasks.
Time Activities Screen – To Capture time logged in Fieldwire and push it into Acumatica for payroll and billing.
File attachments- Integrate Fieldwire drawings, photos, and files into Acumatica’s file management.
Expenses & Billing Screen – to post the Fieldwire field expenses (materials and subcontractor costs) with Acumatica expense entries.
