Hi all, I have a prospect who uses Exaktime for time reporting and imports that data via AccountLynx into ADP for payroll, he says this “connection is unreliable.”

 

Has anyone experienced issues with data import from Exaktime to Acumatica?

 

Any help/feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

ExakTime to Acumatica integration has gone through a couple of versions and upgrades. We have a great relationship with the Arcoro ExakTime folks. Here is a link to their marketplace listing:

Can anyone share some documentation or advice and configuration of ExakTime (SyncLinx) to correctly connect Acumatica?  So far I have been unable to receive any documentation from ExakTime support.

 

I presume we need to configure a Connected Application under SM303010???

Thank you very much.  This was helpful in getting past the SyncLinx authentication step.  New step, new error.  Have reviewed documentation and now stuck.  I also have some DEBUG logs to share.  Please DM details if you have further help.

 


I’ve reviewed the SyncLinx log files, and it appears as though the failure point is a 403 response when SyncLinx requests the PMProject endpoint:

Sadly, the Arcoro support rep is unwilling/unable to help, and my Acumatica Gold Partner we are working with is unfamiliar. Although we have since ‘figured it out’ I believe, curious to know what other forms of support are available…

Why is the so hard?  Didn’t have ‘Configuring windows desktop application to connect two cloud SaaS environments in 2025’ on my IT bingo card this year.
