Is there a way to include a table that is embedded into the “Detailed Description” tab of the change order in the Change order print? (please see the attached image)

The information in the “Detailed Description” tab is text data, not data fields. So when you put this information into the Change Order Form to print, a text string is displayed.
You can try using the "ATTRIBUTES" tab next to the “Detailed Description” tab.

Thanks. But idea here is to copy a table from excel and print to to the change order form. Not necessarily where it gets printed by default. Printing on the second page also is an option.(if possible)
As far as I can see, report designer is not capable of doing it. Not sure if anyone has done something similar to this.
Formatting or tables added to the extended description fields on the UI are not transferred to the report designer reports unfortunately.
A customization may do the trick, but I don’t see a way to achieve it out of box.
