Creating opportunities in Acumatica CRM from Procore

Forum|alt.badge.img

A client implementing Acumatica Construction Edition uses Procore and will implement the Acumatica/Procore integration.

They’re also implementing Acumatica CRM.  They sometimes encounter opportunities that originate from their clients’ Procore and wonder if there’s a way to connect the two.  The details for such a connection have not yet been defined, I’m not yet able to articulate the integration requirements.  But wondering if others have encountered this scenario.

I have not had other requests for a CRM integration yet.  Typically, I see companies using the Procore Pre-Construction functions and want to integration into the ERP once the project is awarded.  Same workflow with folks using Acumatica CRM.  Once project awarded create in ERP and sync with Procore.

Once the touch points are determined between the two systems, you may look at the export/import scenarios for integration.

@joelhoffman @mike.gillum  Have either of you encountered this use-case before?

@JohnBeiler61

I have also not had this request come in. I’ve had a few requests where they wanted to go from TopBuilder CRM to Procore or Acumatica with quotes and such.  As Joel mentioned, utilizing import/export scenarios sounds like the way to go once you determine the data workflow.
