Acumatica with Procore and Billing Rates

Looking for anyone in the Construction Industry that is charging projects a “Billable Rate”.

We are moving into acumatica and are looking to use the timesheet entry screen for timesheets but need the system to be able to charge the jobs a billable rate from the hours on the timesheets. Then be able to see the actual “cost rate” on the project to see profitability on the projects.

Has anyone come across this?

Hello,

Yes, Acumatica accommodates simple or complex billing rates for projects, tasks, cost codes, employees, customers, labor (non-stock) items, etc. using Rate Tables. These rates billed to customers are separate from the cost to pay the employee.  The actual costs paid to employees may come from estimated costs per labor hour charged to a project, with or without burden markup, or may come from actual costs in the Timesheet + Payroll module in Acumatica.

Do you have a more specific question?
