After login, the user only gets a spinning wheel and cannot access any screens to use the system.This issue was reported also for Google Chrome, version 76/77, and to proceed to work I had to set Disabled on Enable lazy frame loading (chrome://flags/). But this flag does not exist on the new version of Google Chrome.I mention that this issue I found on the Acumatica version 17.212.0020.
In the Azure AD integration documentation it states that “Your company should have a Microsoft Azure subscription to register your Acumatica ERP instance in Azure AD”. Does that mean that a premium-level P1 or P2 subscription is needed for each user or will the “free” tier included with Microsoft 365 work?

I am trying to setup Device hub on our server, but am getting a permissions error with theconnection to ERP...[Error] There was an error opening the connection: StatusCode: 403, ReasonPhrase: 'Forbidden', Version: 1.1, Content: System.Net.Http.StreamContent, Headers: So this results in Acumatica (MYOB Advanced in Australia) not seeing the printers that are setup in DeviceHub, but if I add the printers manually in the ERP then the DeviceHub recognizes them as setup… but still nothing is found in Acumatica.

Hello Acumatica Community, I just started training in Acumatica University. I am running a local instance of 2020 R2 with Microsoft SQL Server Express. Everything seems to be working fine, but speeds on the local host are very slow. I have a brand new machine (i7 cpu, 16gb ram, SSD), but loading forms is still very slow. I configured IIS with the default settings outlined in the installation guide. Does anyone have a recommended configuration to optimize speed on a local instance? I do not see any forum discussion related to this topic. Also, is standard SQL Server recommended over SQL Server Express? Thanks!Andrew
Good day,Client has been using System Email Accounts to send / Received emails from Acumatica using Outlook (they dont have Acumatica integration on their outlook app in windows), starting on 4/8/21, the client started noticing that the emails on her inbox will automatically change to read, other users that have Acumatica accounts that also have System Email Accounts setup in Acumatica will have same issue. After several tries with their IT person from there email server, we inactivate the System Email Account for her by changing the password to something incorrect, and the issue stop. I have sit checking this issue and it occurs when the System Email Account is setup correctly. I have already change the incoming mail server from smtp.office365.com to outlook.office365.com to smtp.office365.com. But this did not fixed the issue. Hello! I’m trying to create an Generic Inquiry that pulls data from our Sales Orders and Support Cases; however, I believe I’m having issues with configuring it properly. As of right now, I have it set up to where it can pull information from Sales Orders (Order qty, order total, etc.), but I can’t seem to pull a certain attribute from our Support Cases. When I add the attribute to the GI list, it just shows up empty. I’m assuming I don’t have a relation set up properly somewhere? All help is appreciated!
Hello,We have below requirement to trigger an automated email to the customers.RequirementWe have created the new Notification Template in Acumatica. When we create a form in Magento, that activity will be created in Acumatica as Opportunity. - This part working fine. We have triggered an email with that Notification Template and observed everything workign fine. But we are pending with automation email part. As soon as opportunity is created in Acumatica, it should trigger an email to client. Could you please let know how to achevie this part. Best Regards,Naveen B
Hi,Faced a teething problem. Uploaded client’s site logo and report logo in the Visual Appearance tab in Companies screen (CS101500). What appears on screen, is the Acumatica’s default logo. Cleared cache many times, log out and refresh website and site logo remains the same.Checked in the File Maintenance screen (SM202510) and access right is public.Where could we have gone wrong?
Hello Admins!Just sharing my recent experience:Upgrade from 20.115.0039 to 21.100.0127 failed with the following error message:Upgrade process has been interrupted. The database cannot be upgraded because your current build 20.115.0039 is incompatible with the build 21.100.0127. Wait for the next update package that will be compatible with your current build. Note: Release Notes indicate that migrating from 2020R1 is direct.I was glad to find out that upgrading instance in build 20.206.0011 to 21.100.0127 was successful (including Portal).
I haven’t been able to find any articles about this issue so I hope it is OK to ask a question here. I have a sandbox running 2019 R1 19.120.0012. I updated this site a few weeks ago using the Apply Updates option in the System Management area. When I try to use the Configuration Wizard to update the database it gives me the following error: Upgrade process has been interrupted. The database cannot be upgraded because your current build (19.120.0012) is incompatible with the build (20.200.0077) you want to install. 04-Jun-2021When I attempt to install the ERP 2021 R1 Update 6 version from the downloaded AcumaticaERPInstall.msi file, I receive the error listed in the title above. I also receve the same error when attempting to install the ERP 2020 R2 Update 11 version. I have reviewed the “Сan’t get your IIS version from the registry. Probably you don’t have IIS?” error resolution, but I cannot duplicate it. My registry does not have the key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAREMicrosoft\InetStp Please advise. Thanx.
We are wanting to upgrade from 2020 R2 to 2021 R1. We are on premise so we need to move the a snapshot to a test environment. We have been on acumatica for just over a year and our snapshot is already to large to import with the default settings. We have adjusted the webconfig to allow for our snapshot size of 1.5 Gb (we are just over the limit with our snahot being 1.1Gb).We now get the error “Error: The file is not found, or you don't have enough rights to see the file” I have tried importing from the server directly with the snapshot right in the c drive. I have tried creating other snapshots, thinking the first one was corrupt.We do have custom fields created and need a way to bring the snapshot over for proper testing. What would the official way of doing this be?

I need to know how to give someone rights/access to delete uploaded files.For example, we upload item drawings to the item’s BOM and when we have a new/revised drawing, we want to delete the old drawing and upload the new drawing.Where do I go to give someone permission to delete the file attachment???
