Outlook - System Email Account Setup Failed
Hello Everyone,We are facing an issue while conguring Outlook email account but getting error “The mail receive has failed. NO LOGIN failed.”.We have given valid credentials and other parameters but still getting this issue. Can anyone help me on this? Please find the screenshots for reference.
Device hub setup
I am trying to setup Device hub on our server, but am getting a permissions error with theconnection to ERP...[Error] There was an error opening the connection: StatusCode: 403, ReasonPhrase: 'Forbidden', Version: 1.1, Content: System.Net.Http.StreamContent, Headers: So this results in Acumatica (MYOB Advanced in Australia) not seeing the printers that are setup in DeviceHub, but if I add the printers manually in the ERP then the DeviceHub recognizes them as setup… but still nothing is found in Acumatica.
Screens did not load in Google Chrome, Version 91
After login, the user only gets a spinning wheel and cannot access any screens to use the system.This issue was reported also for Google Chrome, version 76/77, and to proceed to work I had to set Disabled on Enable lazy frame loading (chrome://flags/). But this flag does not exist on the new version of Google Chrome.I mention that this issue I found on the Acumatica version 17.212.0020.
Azure AD licensing requirement
In the Azure AD integration documentation it states that “Your company should have a Microsoft Azure subscription to register your Acumatica ERP instance in Azure AD”. Does that mean that a premium-level P1 or P2 subscription is needed for each user or will the “free” tier included with Microsoft 365 work?
Hi,We are currently looking at moving forward with an implementation of Acumatica in our company but we are finding the demos are not detailed enough to drill down into some of the major things we are concerned about. Is there any way to get a copy of the installation software and maybe the demo database for us to install in a test environment and play around with different scenarios ourselves? It seems like the only way to download the software is through the Acumatica partner portal which we do not have access to.Thank You.
System Email setup for Users will mark their Office365 emails as ready in a couple of seconds.
Good day,Client has been using System Email Accounts to send / Received emails from Acumatica using Outlook (they dont have Acumatica integration on their outlook app in windows), starting on 4/8/21, the client started noticing that the emails on her inbox will automatically change to read, other users that have Acumatica accounts that also have System Email Accounts setup in Acumatica will have same issue. After several tries with their IT person from there email server, we inactivate the System Email Account for her by changing the password to something incorrect, and the issue stop. I have sit checking this issue and it occurs when the System Email Account is setup correctly. I have already change the incoming mail server from smtp.office365.com to outlook.office365.com to smtp.office365.com. But this did not fixed the issue. I have also test where the password in incorrect and the test is bad, and emails remain unread on my clients outlook app in windows, but when putting the pas

Hi, Hoping someone can help, we have a site that want to use SSO with Azure and I’m looking for a config guide as the help files don't really cover it it any detail and i think I’m missing something.I’ve created a App in azure and configured it (i hope) but when i Associate the user from the User Profile Screen i get We're unable to complete your requestunauthorized_client: The client does not exist or is not enabled for consumers. If you are the application developer, configure a new application through the App Registrations in the Azure Portal at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2083908. Which makes me thinks my application is not configured correctly! Any help would be much appreciated
How to Optimize Speed in Local Instance
Hello Acumatica Community, I just started training in Acumatica University. I am running a local instance of 2020 R2 with Microsoft SQL Server Express. Everything seems to be working fine, but speeds on the local host are very slow. I have a brand new machine (i7 cpu, 16gb ram, SSD), but loading forms is still very slow. I configured IIS with the default settings outlined in the installation guide. Does anyone have a recommended configuration to optimize speed on a local instance? I do not see any forum discussion related to this topic. Also, is standard SQL Server recommended over SQL Server Express? Thanks!Andrew

Error adding new system email account using OAuth
We have a system email account created using Azure Modern Authentication and it is working properly. However, we are trying to add an additional system email account and when we use the already created External Application connection is it returning an error stating that it cannot be found: Do we need to create a separate External application for each email?
List of Special Roles in User Security
Is there anywhere in the Help file or otherwise that provides a list of all the special roles in Acumatica? We’ve run across this issue when we create a new role for a specific job. We assign the user the correct access rights for the screen but some UI elements are tied to a special role so they still don’t show.In our case it was being able to open / close Financial Periods-that function is tied to the Financial Supervisor roleHere is a list of special roles that I’ve come up with so far. Hi, I am in the process of implementing email in Acumatica and have been having difficulty in figuring out how to have the users email address populate automatically in the email that is being sent. My current setup is that each user has there own email configured as a system email. Currently, when sending an email from any screen the email field remains blank and the user needs to select the email that they wish to send from. I do not wish to have system emails that are department based...I would like each user to send and receive from their own email address. Any advice would be appreciated.Thanks.
DeviceHub - complete instructions for install and configuration, and using DeviceHub for FedEx labels
I am trying to help a customer with trying to get DeviceHub setup and eventually to get FedEx labels to print via DeviceHub.There are bits of information scattered in the community and on other Acumatica focused sites on the web. Acumatica help documentation also is difficult to find instructions for DeviceHub installation and configuration.Does anyone have a top-to-bottom documentation on at least the DeviceHub setup and usage? import snapshot into test environment
We are wanting to upgrade from 2020 R2 to 2021 R1. We are on premise so we need to move the a snapshot to a test environment. We have been on acumatica for just over a year and our snapshot is already to large to import with the default settings. We have adjusted the webconfig to allow for our snapshot size of 1.5 Gb (we are just over the limit with our snahot being 1.1Gb).We now get the error “Error: The file is not found, or you don't have enough rights to see the file” I have tried importing from the server directly with the snapshot right in the c drive. I have tried creating other snapshots, thinking the first one was corrupt.We do have custom fields created and need a way to bring the snapshot over for proper testing. What would the official way of doing this be?
Trying to Create an Generic Inquiry and pull from two tables
Hello! I’m trying to create an Generic Inquiry that pulls data from our Sales Orders and Support Cases; however, I believe I’m having issues with configuring it properly. As of right now, I have it set up to where it can pull information from Sales Orders (Order qty, order total, etc.), but I can’t seem to pull a certain attribute from our Support Cases. When I add the attribute to the GI list, it just shows up empty. I’m assuming I don’t have a relation set up properly somewhere? All help is appreciated!
Installation Error: "Acumatica ERP 2021 R1 cannot be installed. Please install ISS 7 or later and retry the installation."
04-Jun-2021When I attempt to install the ERP 2021 R1 Update 6 version from the downloaded AcumaticaERPInstall.msi file, I receive the error listed in the title above. I also receve the same error when attempting to install the ERP 2020 R2 Update 11 version. I have reviewed the “Сan’t get your IIS version from the registry. Probably you don’t have IIS?” error resolution, but I cannot duplicate it. My registry does not have the key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWAREMicrosoft\InetStp Please advise. Thanx.
How to automate default email templates
Hello,We have below requirement to trigger an automated email to the customers.RequirementWe have created the new Notification Template in Acumatica. When we create a form in Magento, that activity will be created in Acumatica as Opportunity. - This part working fine. We have triggered an email with that Notification Template and observed everything workign fine. But we are pending with automation email part. As soon as opportunity is created in Acumatica, it should trigger an email to client. Could you please let know how to achevie this part. Best Regards,Naveen B
Automation Schedule for Email - Not Firing
Hello, I am attempting to set up Acumatica such that outbound emails are automatically processed (that is, I want them sent out every minutes). I have attempted to set up Automation Schedules both for the Emails Pending Processing Screen (SM.70.00.00) and Send and Receive Emails (SM.70.00.10). However, the emails are “stuck” in the Pending Process phase on SM.70.00.00 (manually processing them works just fine). I have a few questions regarding this: First, my understanding is that this is achieved through setting up an “Automation Schedule”, correct? Are there any other ways to achieve this? If so, which screen should the schedule be set up on, SM.70.00.00, SM.70.00.10 or both? Lastly, and the real prompt for my question, neither of the schedules I set up for SM.70.00.00 or SM.70.00.10 are firing (per SM205030). There are no errors, just no “last executed” values. The schedules are active, were set to “start” in the past (6/27/2021 and 6/28/2021), are a “Daily’ Schedule Type with an E
