When we try to retrieve bank transactions from our linked cards/bank accounts, we receive an error message of “Invalid Authorization Header” which is preventing us from bringing in transactions. When we click update credentials for the card/bank account, we receive the same error message.
I am trying to do a test upgrade from 2021 R2 to 2023 R1 on a local VM to test some customizations and I get this error: I am using SQL Server Standard 2016 with the latest CU.Is there any way around this, or do we need to use an Enterprise Version of SQL locally now as well?I should add that when I click Ignore to all the error messages it does seem to finish, but I am not sure of the state of the data. Does it just mean that I cannot use the new archive feature on my local test VM but everything else will work?
Hello! I’m trying to create an Generic Inquiry that pulls data from our Sales Orders and Support Cases; however, I believe I’m having issues with configuring it properly. As of right now, I have it set up to where it can pull information from Sales Orders (Order qty, order total, etc.), but I can’t seem to pull a certain attribute from our Support Cases. When I add the attribute to the GI list, it just shows up empty. I’m assuming I don’t have a relation set up properly somewhere? All help is appreciated!
We’re running 21R1 with a system email account configured to use Azure Modern Authentication. I’ve had users report a few instances of messages not being downloaded by Acumatica. They’re finding this out when customers send follow up responses that quote their previously sent message.It appears that these emails are just being skipped for no reason I can discern. The system schedule history does not show any errors for processing during the time that message would have been downloaded.Each time I have confirmed that the message is in the inbox for the account Acumatica is configured to use. These messages are marked as unread in the Outlook web UI and no one other than myself has the password to sign into this account directly. None of the emails I’ve investigated were being marked as junk.The most recent instance of this happened last week and as far as I can tell, nothing is amiss with the message. The end user did not modify the subject and the To address is correct. I am not

I’m working through the setup of System Accounts in anticipation of leveraging the Incoming Mail Processing feature. I’ve encountered a few different issues over the course of setting up ~20 System Email Accounts that are connecting to our MS365/Azure tenant. For the most part, things are working as expected BUT there are a handful of accounts that continue to be problematic… During the automated processing of the emails, some accounts encounter the error “The mail receive has failed. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.” during the automated processing of the emails. As suggested by other threads within this community, I’ve opted to recreate the System Email Accounts and it’s associated External Application from scratch. This did seem to work, initially, but roughly an hour later the problem resurfaced. We set up the attribute as follows:When we try to add Foreman to Project Attributes screen, it’s not in the list. Why? What have I missed? We have a system email account created using Azure Modern Authentication and it is working properly. However, we are trying to add an additional system email account and when we use the already created External Application connection is it returning an error stating that it cannot be found: Do we need to create a separate External application for each email?
Restrict access scenario: Give a user access to specific branch should only view inventory quantity from other branches
Hi!I have a specific scenario in MultiCompany/Branch environment related to access rights.Our customer has 3 different stores and each store has a warehouse related. A user of one store should only have access to warehouse inventory from another store but it should not be able to work in other branch than the one that has been assigned. I dont see a feature that could help me with this (access roles, restriction groups, restrict visibility). Does anyone have a configuration like this? Thanks.
When attempting to attach a .mov video file from an iPhone to an Appointment, it just spins and will not upload the file.When attempting to attach the same file with an Android phone, it works just fine when using the ‘upload using mobile device’ button to receive a push notification to upload the file. Multiple iPhones were tested, and photos attach without issue, but videos are not working. Does anyone know of a workaround or iPhone setting that may be causing this issue?
All the addresses in Acumatica are 3 lines - Address line 1, address line 2 then city, state, postal code and finally country. Our international customers require at least one more line of address. As per example:In this example the Finance Department is an attention line and is not part of the address. I could squeeze the first 3 lines into 2 lines but it is just not correct and I would be certain it would slow down any package delivery.
Hello,I am going through user permissions and I am getting this error message when log into a users account and click on Activities , Add Task. Under the Access Rights by Role page under Time and Expenses I have given the role Delete under access rights and they still cannot access the tasks.Any idea on what Access rights I need to add?
I need to create a new testing tenant and only want to copy over master files (i.e. vendors, customers, chart of accounts, inventory (stock and non-stock items) and settings for payables, receivables, and general ledger, and inventory. What is the best method to do this and what is the estimated investment in time to create this scenario?
When my company users login they get a home page that is not my company’s. The company’s home page has been setup in site settings and in all users profiles. However, it does not show up when login in. Instead a “generic” acumatica page shows up. The user has to click on the company logo (Upper left corner) to launch my company’s page. Users are finding this very invasive! We need help asap!
Hello! When we attach a PDF to a record (i.e. invoice, sales order, whatever) it shows in the file browser as a .pdf file extension.When you open the file for viewing, Acumatica seems to be serving it as an .ashx. Does anyone know if there is a way to get Acumatica to serve the PDF to us? ASHX does not work well at all on Mac OS
I have a custom user role that is not allowing the users to send emails for RFI’s or Submittals. I have added delete privileges to this role under Hidden->Email Activity but I still get the following error when attempting to send emails. You have insufficient rights to access the object (PJ661000). Is there a way to set object permission by using the object ID?
Hello Admins!Just sharing my recent experience:Upgrade from 20.115.0039 to 21.100.0127 failed with the following error message:Upgrade process has been interrupted. The database cannot be upgraded because your current build 20.115.0039 is incompatible with the build 21.100.0127. Wait for the next update package that will be compatible with your current build. Note: Release Notes indicate that migrating from 2020R1 is direct.I was glad to find out that upgrading instance in build 20.206.0011 to 21.100.0127 was successful (including Portal).
I installed Acumatica framework v: 20.2/20.210.0044, but there are not pages with project, payables, etcIs it possible to add these pages to the solution? If yes, can anybody help me - how I can do it? May be it is available for another version of framework..
