While is Stock Item - Inventory Allocations Table I can double click on whatever is on the Reference Nbr. field and the order will be displayed in a new window, but another user gets this:

Where can I find this setting?

@Chris Hackett

Coworker received the same error when trying to go to Purchase Orders from Item>sidepanel Inventory Allocation.  They had access to Purchase Orders directly.

However they only had View access to Inventory Allocation Details, switching it to at least “Edit” enabled the View Document button as well as double clicking on the line.

Thanks @Kandy Beatty

HI @ldjmarcog

Look at the Access Rights by user and start with the Inventory Allocation Details. What is their access right to that screen?

Then what Role revoke that for them? It will be the Computed Access Rights.

Well, the user has access to all windows, but when he double clicks on the Reference Nbr. entry, which in this case would be a Production Order he gets the message.

He can still go to the Produciton Order Maintenance inquiry and access the order that way but that takes longer than just double clicking on the line.
