We currently have our main user node as well as a process node. All is hosted by Acumatica. We’re on 23R1 and in the process of an upgrade to 25R1.
Currently (maybe default configuration, maybe this isn’t even configurable), if I restart one node, the other node restarts as well. Officially if I publish customizations, they publish to both nodes at the same time (but I’ve had issues with this, so our publish process includes publishing on both nodes).
I’ve been told that, in older versions, the nodes were managed separately and you had to publish to both nodes. I’ve also heard that you had to restart the nodes separately. I’d like to be able to do that on our current version--I already have to publish to both, and I’d like to be able to restart the process node without it impacting the main user node.
