We just upgraded to 2024 R1 from 2023 R1 and in our last version the Pacejet customization added a “Shipping Services” tab to the Shipments screen with a field named “Pacejet Workstation ID” which our deployment department used to send lables to different printers. I can’t seem to find that in 2024 R1, can someone point me to where to find that or similar functionality?

We did find a solution for this. In 2024 R1 (and possibly earlier) the field was moved to the Shipping tab, but we had some other issue that had to be fixed regarding our integration with Pacejet. Acumatica did something on the backend to enable the field.

+4Make sure you have the Pacejet feature activated in the Enable/Disable Features screen.
If that does not resolve the issue, you may need to rework and publish the previous customization that was used to add that tab/field to the shipments screen.

I appreciate the reply, but in 2024 R1 only the upper option “Shipping Carrier Integration” is available and the previous Pacejet customization isn’t compatible with 2024 R1. Do you happen to know if the ability to choose a label printer has moved to another part of the screen and I’m just super blind?
