How do we check which Notification Templates are being used based on checking the email log?

Hello,
- Many notification templates include the subject text “is awaiting your approval” by default.
- Notification subjects may be modified to use specific text such as “notification” in the subject.
- All Emails screen could be customized to include more fields that can identify the source of the outgoing email.
