I do not think there is a way to operate from both UI’s at the same time, the UI is controlled from the site map screen which only allows you to select one value.

There isn’t a Native Per-User UI Selection - the only way would be to customize Acumatica’s PXGraph extensions UI overrides to build a custom toggle that stores user preferences, but it will need continued support during updates.
Acumatica aims for a unified experience to simplify support and updates, but if per-user flexibility is critical, consider providing feedback via ideas portal.
I don't think Acumatica will add this per-user UI selection feature anymore. Classic UI is planned to be fully deprecated in 2026R2. There is no motivation for Acumatica to develop and release this per-user UI toggle function at this stage.Thank you very much for your clear explanation.
