When we access an email inside of Acumatica and reply to it, our Logo gets attached as a file attachment multiple times (like 5 times in the screen shot example). It only happens when we reply.
I have three copies of our logo attached in “Companies/Visual Appearance/Report Logo and in Site Logo. I’m afraid if I delete these it will impact our invoices or other forms that have our logo.
Has anyone experienced this, or could anyone give me guidance on how to resolve this.

Thank you for explaining the differences. We do not use the logo on any reports in report designer. The only other place we use our logo is on the forms. Does the Sales Order, for example, pull the logo from “Report Logo”, or the “Site Logo”, or neither?

The Sales order logo do you mean in the below screenshot?
If yes, this is the report logo that is designed in the Report designer. So out of the box it is pulling from the Report Logo section.
+12Yeah, this is normal when your logo is stored within the email.
The best solution is to host the logo on your company's website and then embed the image through the URL link. This way, no annoying attachments.

+12Well Acumatica links will not work. Files links can’t be shared externally without a login. The image will need to be hosted on Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, or something similar, and permissions will need to be granted for anybody with the link.
Regarding the site logo/report logo - that only matters for stock behavior within the system. It won’t be too helpful here.
