Cannot Post a USD Journal Entry to a CAD account

I have the multicurrency accounting enabled. My loan account is in USD, but the funds went into my CAD account. I have exchange rates going into the system daily. It will not let me post to my CAD bank account. Or any other bank account.  

I need help on a Sunday of course. I’m hoping someone sees this and can answer me.  I attached a screenshot

    I believe you need to transfer the CAD account to a USD account.
