After creating credit memo invoice and Releasing the invoiceby calling Invoice/ReleaseInvoice then I try to get the status of releasing invoice Invoice/ReleaseInvoice/status. First time call to get the status it fails and get 500 internal service errorseconde time Succeeded and I can status no content 204.Why it is failing always first time. I tried to but delay after release but same thing.

I'm working on an Acumatica customization where I need to retrieve the BAccount associated with the current branch. If there is no branch configured and the instance has only an organization, I need to retrieve the organization's BAccount instead. And i working in a single tenant instanceI'm currently using the following code:PXAccess.MasterCollection.Branch currentBranch = PXAccess.GetBranch(PXAccess.GetBranchID());BAccount bAccount = BAccount.PK.Find(Base, currentBranch.BAccountID);BAccountQAExt branchQAExt = bAccount?.GetExtension<BAccountQAExt>();if (branchQAExt == null){ string msg = "Return warehouse or location is not configured for this branchID."; throw new PXException(msg);}This works correctly when the organization has branches. However, when the instance has only an organization and no branches, BAccount.PK.Find() returns null.I verified the following through debugging and by checking the database directly: PXAccess.GetBranch(PXAccess.GetBranchID

We have a client with multiple locations/warehouses.  They use Big Commerce as a B2B site where the customer needs to be setup first.  They are running into a couple issues I could use some guidance. Is there a way to display inventory availability by warehouse instead of just one specific warehouse or all warehouses? When a customer places an order the customer needs to have the all the items on the sales order assigned to the customer default warehouse, but it appears the integration changes the sales order line warehouse depending on availability.  Is there anyway to force the sale order line warehouse to be assigned to the customer warehouse only?Currently the client is on 20R1, but we are looking to upgrade them to 20R2.Thanks,Kurt

When we access an email inside of Acumatica and reply to it, our Logo gets attached as a file attachment multiple times (like 5 times in the screen shot example). It only happens when we reply.I have three copies of our logo attached in “Companies/Visual Appearance/Report Logo and in Site Logo. I’m afraid if I delete these it will impact our invoices or other forms that have our logo.Has anyone experienced this, or could anyone give me guidance on how to resolve this.

hello all,Is there any option to setup a user role in the approval maps. So if any of the users have been assigned a specific role then they have the right to approve it. Or is it possible only via setting up the workgroups?

Hello! I have two e-mails stuck in ‘processing’ status that I cannot cancel and re-try even. But emails before and after to those two have been sent successfully.  Any idea on how to resolve this? Thank You!

Hi everyone,Does anyone encountered that the UPS rate reflecting in Acumatica is not match with the UPS live rate. The calculation seems changes when the ‘Negotiated Rates’ checkbox is being modified.Checkbox is cleared - 220.61Checkbox is selected - 81.74Correct rate - 68.73Thank you!

Has anyone managed to sucessfully add a new barcode step to a WMS form. My code appeared to working fine, but replacing the transitions breaks the confirm package and confirm shipment buttons for some reason. Basically in pick pack ship in pack mode, I need it to tell the user to scan a custom field value for the package. And it seems to works if I do this in a scanextension script: [PXOverride]public virtual ScanMode<PickPackShip> DecorateScanMode(ScanMode<PickPackShip> original, Func<ScanMode<PickPackShip>, ScanMode<PickPackShip>> base_DecorateScanMode){    // Call the base code to get the original mode    var mode = base_DecorateScanMode(original);    //return mode;      if (mode is PickPackShip.PackMode packMode)      {          packMode.Intercept.CreateStates.ByAppend(basis =>              new ScanState<PickPackShip>[] { new BoxPackageTransferLabel() }          );        packMode        // Replaces the previous implementation with a new one.

When applying a screen configuration in the Modern UI, it asks if the Personal Configurations should be preserved or overwritten. But how we know which users have Personal Configurations?

Hi everyone,Has anyone experienced an issue where the live shipping rates for a UPS account are not pulling through correctly in Acumatica? If so, have you found any solutions or troubleshooting steps that resolved the issue?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

I'm running into an issue with an Import Scenario built for the Vendors screen, specifically for updating T4A related fields (CRA Reporting Type, T4A Box, CRA Vendor Type, CRA Payroll Account Number/SIN) on existing vendors. Here's the setup:Data Provider: Excel ProviderImport Scenario mapped to the Vendors screen On the Vendors screen itself, the conditional requirement works exactly as expected. Individual vendors ask for a SIN, Corporation and Partnership vendors ask for a CRA Payroll Account Number. No errors when entering manually. But when I run these through the Import Scenario, I get two consistent problems:Individual vendor type always fail with "CRA Payroll Account Number cannot be empty," even though SIN is the field that should actually be required for that vendor type. It behaves as if the import is checking CRA Payroll Account Number regardless of CRA Vendor Type. Partnership vendor type import without any error at all, but when I open the vendor record afterward, CRA Ven

Hi everyone,I am working on Acumatica 26R1 and I need to make three specific fields (externalRef, subject, and ownerID) editable on the Project Quotes screen (PM304500 / PMQuoteMaint) across all document statuses, except when the quote status is 'Closed'.I attempted to achieve this using a standard graph extension with the RowSelected event, but the fields remain grayed out/locked on the screen: using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.PM;namespace PX.Objects.PM{    public class PMQuoteMaint_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PMQuoteMaint>    {        protected void _(Events.RowSelected<PMQuote> e)        {            PMQuote row = e.Row;            if (row == null) return;            // Goal: Allow editing only if the quote is NOT Closed            if (row.Status != PMQuoteStatusAttribute.Closed)            {                Base.Quote.AllowUpdate = true;                Base.Quote.Cache.AllowUpdate = true;                                PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<PMQuote.externalRef&

Hi Team,We have an issue with a progress draw project in Acumatica. After the second progress draw invoice was processed, there are new revenue budget lines created and negative amounts sitting in the pending invoice amount column. The positive amounts entered in the pending invoice amount column correspond to what the actual amount is currently short by.  The net impact is $0. The new lines were created by the system after the second progress draw was done. We tried running billing and invoicing the amounts, but they didn’t clear out. Why did this happen? And how do we fix it so we can process the next progress draw? Please advise

Can someone give advice on creating a GI that would allow a user to search a finished good lot number and see the raw material used to create that lot? Currently we do this by using a different GI to find the production order number and move transaction associated with the lot, then going to the Events tab of the production order, finding the move transaction, then opening the material transaction that was created at the exact same time. I see the move number listed on the Material transaction under ‘Orig Batch Nbr’ so I’ve tried to creating various GIs using AMBatch, AMProdEvnt, AMMTran to at least create a simplified path to the information we need, but I was unable to get a material transaction to show up for every finished good lot even though I can find them manually by the process described above. Our VAR sent us a GI linking AMProdItem to INTran and INTran to INTranSplit, but that still didn’t do what we needed it to. Does anyone know how to either get a GI to display all move t

Hi everyone,I’ve read through the available posts and templates in the community, and they have been a massive help. Thank you all!I am trying to build an EBITDA / P&L widget that calculates the YTD balance for a Nov–Oct fiscal year.I’ve built a Generic Inquiry (leveraging a few existing templates) that successfully pulls account data for our fiscal year (which runs Nov–Oct). However, I’ve run into a brick wall with account filtering:The Problem: When I view the inquiry, it drops accounts that have no activity in the current period.I tried to fix it by removing the FinPeriodID or fiscal year filter from the conditions tab. That does bring the zero-balance accounts back, but the numbers multiply or pull history from all years, inflating the totals into the tens of millions. Has anyone successfully tackled this balance/period filtering challenge with non-calendar fiscal years without losing zero-balance rows? Any guidance, or XML examples would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance

We have a logo built to 300px x 100px. I called it into our statement. It looks fine on screen in Acumatica but Pixelates when we export. Is there a fix?  Is there a recommended resolution that is different than the 300 x 100 pixel size?

i would like to clarify the availability of a batch number or reference number for the Inventory Replenishment process in Acumatica ERP.Currently, we use the Prepare Replenishment (IN508000) screen to process replenishment requests. We have also identified the Replenishment Numbering Sequence setting (INREPL) in Inventory Preferences (IN101000). However, we could not find a replenishment batch number displayed in the Prepare Replenishment screen. Our Procurement team needs a reference number to identify and track replenishment requests by period, for example, requests prepared for October 2026.Could you please clarify the following? Does Acumatica provide a standard replenishment batch number or request reference number when processing replenishment through IN508000? If such a number exists, where can users view it, and how can they trace it to the resulting Purchase Orders or Transfer Orders? What is the purpose of the Replenishment Numbering Sequence (INREPL)? Does it generate an

Is there any table in Acumatica which stores Average cost history against a stock item.

Hi, I exported a report in Acumatica to excel with 1yr worth of data, when opening up the exported report in excel, it gives me the below error and if I hit yes, I will lose some of the data in the report. When running it in batch, say 1 month worth of data, I have all the data. Do you have any thoughts on this please? Thanks

We are using an Export Scenario in MYOB Acumatica to export inventory item barcode values maintained under the Cross-Reference section of the Inventory Items screen to a CSV file. When the barcode contains more than 12 digits, the exported CSV file displays the value in scientific notation instead of the exact barcode number. For example: Expected value: 9312554401266 Actual value displayed: 9.31E+12 We are planning to integrate MYOB Acumatica with a third-party portal, where the CSV file generated by the Export Scenario will be automatically transferred to the portal without any manual intervention. Therefore, we need the barcode values to be exported as their exact digits in the CSV file, rather than in scientific notation, without requiring users to manually change the file format after downloading or exporting the file.Could you please advise if there is a way to configure the Export Scenario or apply any other standard functionality in MYOB Acumatica to ensure that barcode values

We need our techs in the field to be able to see the pictures we have attached to our stock items so they can confirm they are choosing the correct part when adding parts to an appointment in the Acumatica app.  Currently we do not see that as an option.  Should images be visible in the app?  How do you find them?

I cannot add a target equipment on Travel Lines.  Why is this not available?
