How can I can restrict and deny a user from creating a vendor? Which form or screen do I use?

Hello,
Do you want the user to be able to View Vendors? Do you want the user to be able to Edit existing vendors, such as change and address?
Depending on your answer to the above questions, in the Users screen, add the user to a role that has Revoked, View Only, or Edit rights to the Vendors screen.
