Instance running slow 2024 R2

     Could you tell me when the upgrade took place? Which version did you upgrade from to 2024R2? Was everything running normally before the upgrade?

Usually after an upgrade, we cannot directly state it’s getting slowed due to the upgrade.

Rather there could be different factors that could be the root cause for the issue.

So if a slowness occurs in the instance, the best would be to log a case to Acumatica support and find the root cause and resolution for the slowness.

2024R2 officially is expired. However, if you are still experiencing the performance issues, I would suggest reviewing the below article for troubleshooting performance. If you are still not able to get to the conclusion, then I would suggest creating dump as explained in below article and submitting a ticket with Acumatica support.
