how to Archive the data from 2011

Is there a way to archive the old data in acumatica system ?

because we have data from 2011 and we need to delete them because the system is getting slower

Hi @abdallaahmed61  If you are instance is hosted on Acumatica Saas, I recommend you to check with Acumatica so that they can review your data and suggest the best solution.

There is a function in Acumatica now that you can archive documents. It is under System Management:
