I am getting this error on branchid validation on different users. I have to restart the application in order to fix it.

Got a reply from Acumatica that it may be some caching issue.

I’d recommend you start a case with Acumatica support to have them take a look at it. It could be some inconsistent data or it could be a bug. They should be able to determine which it is.
