Acumatica is in azure (in the cloud)

If acumatica is in azure, how often do they give maintenance to sql server, or how often, maintenance I mean (statics, indexes and base objects).

Assume you’re referring to a customer using a PCS license because Acumatica SaaS is not associated with Azure. Given that, PCS customers and or their Partner are solely responsible for all IT aspects of their deployment.
