Hello Team, Is anyone having issues with Bankfeeds at the moment? It seems like some banks have limited Plaid or MX from being able to sync transactions on a regular basis.Few weeks ago, we were able to sync transactions without any limit, but it looks like some banks have made it only possible at a certain amount of period per day/week.Do we have any alternative to this? Thanks!

Hello Team! Currently, we have a default email setup in the system.We are trying to see if it is possible to assign another system email for a specific transaction document type - while keeping the default email as is. For example, our default email is set to “sales@email.com”, and we would like to keep it as the default while being able to send AR Invoice using “rma@email.com” We would like to be able to use the “Email Activity” email functionality (See Diagram C ) to send the email, so we can review the email body and the documents being attached. When we were testing it, the Email Activity window still keeps on selecting the default email address.Is this possible to set up this way? Please see screenshots below of our current config On the “Mail & Printing” tab of the customer profile, we have set the “rma” email for “Invoice” So far no template set yetDiagram A On the “Mail & Printing” tab of the Customer Classes screen. We selected the class for that particular customer.
Hello Team, We are trying to link a credit card to an employee, but we are getting an error on this page : Banking > BankFeeds (CorporateCCS) So we clicked on “Assign Delegates”, but now getting this error Things we have doneAdded the user to the credit card : Banking > Corporate Cards Added Delegates for the user Made sure that there is a linked user account to the employee Does anyone know what is causing this error? Hello Team, We are trying to setup one Bank Rule that will cover restaurants (McDonald’s, Subway, Burger King etc).However, we have been testing it, and it looks like we cannot add more than one single word when either implementing a Wildcard or a Match Case. On my screenshot below, I am trying to create a rule that will cover both Netflix and McDonald’s. The wildcard works for Netflix, as the transaction gets matched. However, the moment I add “ , McDo* ” the rule breaks and does not end up matching Netflix at all. Has anyone tried implementing this kind of rule? Does anyone know if it is possible? Just trying to get it to work like QuickBooks as they offer a “keyword” section for their rules. Thanks!

HelloWe are trying to delete a Bank Transaction Rule that was setup for Bank Feeds. However, we are getting this error whenever we try to delete it. We tried clearing the rule by selecting the transaction and also tried to uncheck the “Active” check box for the corresponding rule. Is there a procedure when it comes to deleting a Bank Transaction Rule? I believe we can make another rule and use it instead of this one, but it would be nice to just have a list of rules that we actually are using. Thanks!!
