Can any other user, like the admin user, see that workspace? Yes, admin can seeAre there any screens in that workspace? Yes, there are several screensHave you tried clicking the Reset to Default Mobile Workspaces button? Yes, it was but still ‘sales order’ doesn’t appear.
Yes has access rights.
You can actually add fields but the scenario and logic you’re trying to build really matters. In your case - can you share some screenshots of what you’re experiencing, because if you’re designing a workflow based on FS300100 Service Orders - your condition should have access to the schema fields in the FSServiceOrder DAC.
Thanks @dgross54 for the contribution. I’m not able to add the expired field as a user-defined field to the vendor form on which the condition is being based. When you try to create an attribute that points to the Compliance Document schema object, the Expired field is not included, I believe because it’s not a ‘selector’ kind of field type. I also observed that I can only use the expired field in my workflow condition while maintaining it’s link to the documents on the compliance tab of vendor form. I can’t use it in isolation of the documents being monitored for validity. I’m not sure if I can achieve this by just using the system configuration, it might require some ‘code touch’.
Hi @mvolshteyn,That looks like it! Those tables have the quantity details relating to the projects and tasks.Thank you!
Hi @mvolshteyn,Thanks for the suggestion.I read that documentation and have a clear understanding of the feature however, the challenge is with reporting. There should really be a report to show the analysis of the quantity reserved for the projects but it’s not currently available that’s why I still need to know the exact dac fields so that I can design the report or create a generic inquiry that provides this information.Regards,
Hi @Naveen B,I believe the Project/Task quantity on hand and quantity available is stored somewhere. The INTran table info will not provide the ideal analysis for this requirement. The fact that the highlighted quantities on the screen below get displayed in the footer after the project and task is selected on the item line indicates that the record exists somewhere in one of the tables.Issue form showing the reserved project quantity (Highlighted)Will look some more to see what can be found. Thanks,
Hi Naveen,Thanks for the response.I’ve reviewed the suggested table (INSiteStatus) but it is missing the project values and the related reserved quantities associated the warehouse. I expect the table to contain fields for; Site (Warehouse), Location, Project, Task and the Reserved-quantity.Regards,
Hi @TimRodman,Thanks for the video on Business Events. It gave me a good start and I eventually managed to get the owner of the task to be dynamically selected by the system. The only difference I seem to have from your steps is that I added ‘OwnerID’ to the Invoice and Memo Generic Inquiry and used ‘ARInvoice->Owner’ on the Task Template. Here are the rest of the screen shots;Using ARInvoice->Owner Added Bill Owen to the Invoice When the task got created, it did not appear under ‘My Tasks’ while still logged as Admin (Larry) You can see the task here - listed under ‘All Tasks’ I then logged in as Bill Owen - and confirmed that indeed the task is allocated to his profile. This was consistent for invoices 123, 124 and 125 listed in ‘All Tasks’- all got allocated to the respective owners.I hope this helps!Using Acumatica 2021 R2 (21.203.0030)
Thanks Chris for that clarity!
Ok. Thanks.
Hi @vkumar,Thanks for the response. How do I get access to view what’s listed in the product ideas so that I do not post questions on what’s already included.Regards,
Hi @vkumar,Thanks for the response. How do I add my vote to the idea. I do not have access to that link..
