Sales Quotes Endpoint

@dwoblong, Default endpoint will not have all the screens mapped but you can extend the default endpoint and map the screen you need. @Ivan, I see you have POOrderNbr in the Details section, which might not be valid in this instance. Did your replace the POOrderNbr from this instance for which you need to create the Purchase Receipt?

@mvenkata, I suppose this could be a bug. As far as, I have notice, the error happens for the 1st request and the same request will work the 2nd time. Can you please confirm if resending request works?

@mvenkata, Thanks for the update. As per my testing, the issue occurs only when you have the Overdue Charge is disabled and we already reported it to our engineering team. Please create a developer support case with necessary details, and we will keep updated regarding the bug fix.

Push notification not triggered

Hi @verbs91,Other few possible thing you can consider/check,Is the instance on a secured network? If so,  is the webhook reachable from the instance server? Are you changing the right data, so the Push Notifications are triggered?  If there are other Push Notifications in that specific instance, do they work fine?Thanks,

Custom API freight integration

Hi @Suddens,It is not possible to send Post Request from Acumatica to other application.In this case, as you have mention, you can create an application that can be hosted on a server which will do a GET request(to Acumatica) and POST the necessary data to the Freight software.I hope that helps.! Customer setup as "CU" in BAccount, but there is a record in Vendor table too?

@Joe Schmucker From my testing, I think it could be bad data. When I create a new BAccount and create a customer for the BAccount the data is not added to the Vendor table. I don't see any reason or logic that might add Customer data to the vendor table. I compared the existing record with the one I created but I don't find a reason why these records where added to the Vendor table.Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.!

Make certain fields editable based on PO status

Error exceptionMessage: Entity without screen binding cannot be used as top level entity.

Hi @ashishCodecorners, From the screenshot, I assume you trying to extract the Customer list from the Discount screen. As you can see in the below screenshot, DiscountCustomerDetail object is child entity of Discount entity. Also, the entity name of the DiscountCustomerDetail object is Customers.  In the case, you need to include the Top level entity Discount in the request and expand the detail section using entity name Customer and not the object name DiscountCustomerDetail . REST HTTP PUT call to Update A DropDown Custom field, 500 internal server error

@jdeol, Considering the below error stack, looks like the field length is smaller than in the database."String or binary data would be truncated in table 'AcumaticaDB.dbo.SOShipment', column 'UsrRWSStatus'. Truncated value: 'P'.\r\nThe statement has been terminated.", Did you check if the field length in database is rightly? Are you able to save/update the field value from the UI?

How to clear error from a record/field?

@aaghaei, You can take look at the Source Code of the graph and search of the field name or the RaiseExceptionHandling event. This could give you an idea of where the validations are being made,

How to look up country code using country name with REST?

Hi @SBalmer1, Out of the box not all the screens are mapped to Default endpoints. So the option is to extend the Default and map the screens, fields as per your requirements. Below the setup you can try to retrieve filter and lookup country codes,Extend latest Default endpoint version in your instance → Map Country(CS204000) screen Map the field Do a get request with filter to fetch a specific country code Hope that helps.! Thanks,

Leads Workflow AutoRun fails due to Action Disabled

Hi @Leif,For some reason, the action seems to be invoked twice.If you want a quick workaround/solution, in addition to enabling Autorun in workflow,  you can try the setting Status field for the CreateContact action like in below screenshot.But in this user has to Open the Lead twice, 1st time the contact will be created and 2nd time the Lead will be set to Open. Thanks, Vignesh

Below is simple demonstration that could help you get started,Add Status field and from the Combo Box action add the custom status  Create a new Action and in the Field update set the status to the custom status created above Extend QT workflow and enable it In the example, I have added the Custom Action to be available when the Document is in Open status Select the Open State → Add a Transition and set the Target status to the Custom status Save and publish the customization package.
